Roots Restaurant Opening Soon
Roots are a local neighbourhood restaurant based in Southbourne, with a menu composed of delicate and delicious food that will make you want to go this instant.
Since opening in 2015, they have received several awards including a recommendation from the Michelin guide, 2 AA rosettes, and rated as one of the best restaurants in Dorset in the Good Food Guide
They appointed KTM Design to help with the design of their private dining space “The Table” and of their main restaurant “Cork and Lobster”.
Each space has their individual touch and design; Cork and Lobster is set in a relaxing atmosphere with warm red wine tones and beiges, soft lighting and plants, The Table displays a Scandinavian touch, neutral colours and lime-washed wall paint for a light and airy environment.
