Preparation brief and budget
Once you’ve got in touch to tell us about your planned project, we’ll organise a consultation to sit down and discuss your interior design project further. We’ll cover important aspects such as the budget, timescale and what you’re hoping to achieve from the new space so we can set some goals to work towards.
Concept design
Our creative team of interior designers will start working on visuals and 3D models; we’ll explore a range of styles and finishes as we develop the room’s layout and determine the best furnishings and lighting for the space.
Design development
When you’re happy with the chosen design, we’ll begin to refine the interior layouts and key finishes, keeping in mind the requirements of the construction team and considering environmental and economic needs.
Technical design
We then create a technical construction pack and develop detailed finishing schedules and furniture, fixtures and equipment specifications.
Construction
We work closely with trusted contractors and review the design proposals, also advising on any specialist subcontractors we think will be necessary. Construction will then begin!
Handover and close out
Finally, we will inspect the site to decide whether any final changes need to be made to the area in order to ensure the brief has been fulfilled. We will then handover and the project will come to a close once you’re happy with the new space.
