Award-winning take-away chain Chicken & Blues approached KTM to undertake the design, project management and fit-out of their new Winton restaurant. We designed a vibrant, forward-thinking scheme that is a brand new concept for Chicken & Blues. The result is a high-energy, family-friendly restaurant. The new concept is being taken through their other restaurants.
