Cork and Lobster

Cork and Lobster is a relaxed Wine Bar with Fine Dining, opening in the Summer of 2022 in Southbourne.

The design focal point was to create a relaxing dining space, with warm red wine tones and natural materials. Elegant fluted booths lay against the low level timber slats panelling and feature LED frames light up a striking plant wall. The bar is cladded with a contrasting sage vertical tiling opposite the burgundy curved booths. Mirrors are fitted in the arches and are finished with venetian plaster to reflect the warm lighting.
